Any contract for equipment purchases, installation, or continuous 24/7 central dispatch monitoring is formed directly between you (the property owner) and the independent authorized security dealer or monitoring provider. Chasselorp does not manufacture equipment or directly deliver physical installation services.
4. User Responsibilities & Permitting
Certain municipalities require residential alarm permits prior to activating central emergency dispatch. Homeowners are responsible for acquiring necessary local municipal permits and adhering to local false-alarm ordinances in accordance with guidelines provided by their authorized installer.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary text, graphic layouts, code, and designs on chasselorp.com are protected under copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized copying, mirroring, or republication is strictly prohibited.
